These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using AI DETRIOTS website, subscription plans, AI calling automation services, dashboards, demos, support, and related service workflows.

Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the AI DETRIOTS website, purchasing a subscription, booking a demo, using our dashboard, or using any AI calling automation service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are using AI DETRIOTS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

These Terms are written for AI DETRIOTS current business model: AI calling automation, lead handling, follow-ups, appointment intake, call summaries, transcripts, recordings, and related dashboard/service workflows.

Our Services

AI DETRIOTS provides AI-powered calling automation services for businesses. Services may include inbound call handling, outbound follow-ups, missed-call recovery, appointment request intake, lead qualification, customer support intake, call notes, summaries, transcripts, recordings, routing, and dashboard access.

Features may vary based on the selected plan, setup requirements, third-party provider availability, business use case, and any custom configuration agreed between AI DETRIOTS and the client.

Account and Dashboard Access

Some clients may receive dashboard access, login credentials, or service portals. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

  • Do not share login credentials with unauthorized people.
  • Notify AI DETRIOTS if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues.
  • Keep your business details, contact details, and billing information accurate.
  • AI DETRIOTS may restrict or suspend access if misuse, fraud, abuse, or security risk is detected.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, call scripts, FAQs, service details, appointment rules, disclaimers, contact lists, and any instructions needed to configure your AI calling workflow.

  • You must provide accurate and lawful information for AI agents to use.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving scripts, call flows, and business instructions.
  • You must not submit false, misleading, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized data.
  • You are responsible for your own customer relationships, offers, pricing, promises, and business decisions.

Calling Compliance and Consent

AI DETRIOTS may help automate business calls, but the client is responsible for making sure calls comply with applicable laws, rules, industry requirements, consent obligations, call recording rules, Do Not Call requirements, telemarketing rules, and communication regulations in the locations where the client operates.

You must only provide leads, phone numbers, or contact lists that you are legally allowed to contact. You must not use AI DETRIOTS to contact people without proper permission where permission is required.

Brutal truth: AI automation does not remove legal responsibility from your business. If your list, offer, script, or consent process is illegal, that is your responsibility.

Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

AI DETRIOTS services may be sold through monthly subscription plans, setup fees, usage-based charges, add-ons, custom plans, or other agreed pricing. Plan details may include included call minutes, features, dashboard access, support level, number of call flows, or other service limits.

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan or written agreement.
  • You authorize AI DETRIOTS or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
  • Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
  • Taxes, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, or third-party fees may apply where relevant.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled according to the AI DETRIOTS Refund Policy. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, customers may request a refund within 24 hours after a subscription purchase.

Approved refunds are subject to a 30% setup and processing deduction because setup, configuration, onboarding, and administrative work are included in the subscription purchase.

After 24 hours, subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges.

Usage, Minutes and Service Limits

Plans may include a monthly number of call minutes or usage limits. Usage above included limits may require additional payment, plan upgrade, temporary restriction, or custom pricing.

  • Unused minutes may not roll over unless clearly stated in writing.
  • Extra usage may be charged according to the pricing listed on the website or agreed in writing.
  • High-volume or unusual usage may require review, verification, or custom approval.
  • AI DETRIOTS may apply fair-use limits to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

Prohibited Use

You may not use AI DETRIOTS services for illegal, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or harmful purposes.

  • No spam, illegal telemarketing, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, scams, or impersonation.
  • No calls using stolen, purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists where consent is required.
  • No medical, legal, financial, emergency, or high-risk advice unless properly licensed and compliant.
  • No misleading claims, fake offers, fake business identity, or deceptive caller information.
  • No attempts to bypass security, overload systems, reverse engineer services, or abuse providers.

Third-Party Tools and Providers

AI DETRIOTS may rely on third-party providers for voice AI, phone numbers, hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, automation, storage, or communication infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, outages, pricing changes, compliance requirements, or technical restrictions. AI DETRIOTS is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Future integrations such as calendar, CRM, or business management tools may be enabled only when part of a client’s setup or written agreement.

Service Availability and Changes

AI DETRIOTS aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfect operation. AI systems, phone networks, APIs, hosting platforms, and integrations may experience delays, downtime, errors, or unexpected behavior.

We may update, modify, improve, remove, pause, or replace features when needed for security, performance, provider changes, compliance, or business reasons.

AI Limitations

AI calling agents can misunderstand callers, produce incomplete summaries, make transcription errors, route calls incorrectly, or fail to capture details. AI DETRIOTS is not responsible for business losses caused by relying on AI output without review.

Clients should review important call records, appointment details, lead information, and customer requests before making business decisions.

Intellectual Property

AI DETRIOTS owns or licenses the website design, service structure, content, branding, workflows, templates, software-related materials, and other intellectual property used to provide the service.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute AI DETRIOTS materials without written permission.

Client Data

Clients retain responsibility for the data they provide, including lead lists, customer details, scripts, FAQs, business information, call instructions, and other submitted content.

By providing data to AI DETRIOTS, you confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for AI DETRIOTS to process that data for service delivery.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” and “as configured” basis. AI DETRIOTS does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, conversion rates, booked appointments, call outcomes, lead quality, customer behavior, or business results.

Any examples, demos, or marketing statements are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results for every business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI DETRIOTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including losses related to missed calls, failed calls, incorrect AI output, downtime, third-party provider issues, lost leads, lost revenue, or customer disputes.

AI DETRIOTS total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to AI DETRIOTS for the service period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold AI DETRIOTS harmless from claims, damages, fines, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, unlawful contact lists, unlawful calls, misleading scripts, customer disputes, compliance failures, or violation of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

AI DETRIOTS may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, provide misleading information, abuse third-party systems, or use the service in a harmful or prohibited way.

You may cancel according to your subscription settings or by contacting AI DETRIOTS support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Changes to These Terms

AI DETRIOTS may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
