AI DETRIOTS provides AI calling automation services, including subscription access, system setup, configuration, onboarding, and related support.
By purchasing a subscription from AI DETRIOTS, you agree to the refund terms outlined on this page.
24-Hour Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription.
Refund requests made after 24 hours from the original purchase time are not eligible for a refund.
30% Setup and Processing Deduction
If a refund request is approved within the 24-hour refund window, 30% of the subscription payment will be deducted.
This deduction covers setup, onboarding, configuration, system preparation, and administrative processing costs.
Setup Fee Included in Subscription
AI DETRIOTS includes setup and configuration costs inside the subscription price.
Because setup and configuration work may begin shortly after purchase, the 30% deduction applies to all approved refunds.
No Refunds After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour refund period has passed, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription to avoid future billing.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Unused Time, Minutes, or Features
Unused subscription time, unused minutes, unused features, or lack of usage do not qualify for a refund after the 24-hour refund window has passed.
Refund eligibility is not based on whether the customer has fully used the service. Setup, configuration, preparation, and onboarding work are part of the subscription and may begin after purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact AI DETRIOTS within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact AI DETRIOTS first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a customer opens a chargeback after receiving service setup, configuration, or onboarding work, AI DETRIOTS may provide the payment processor with records of the purchase, service preparation, communications, and this Refund Policy.
Changes to This Policy
AI DETRIOTS may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
